Full length sniper rifles are heavy equipment, and this pack will let you carry one in the backpack - either with or without concealing it with the top-cover. With the cover over your weapon, no one will know what you are carrying around, and your weapon can be removed quickly by leaving the control clips unclasped. When you are in a situation that may require very quickly removing your full length rifle, you can choose to leave the top-cover detached for easy access.

The Phantom G3 Sniper Pack can split to allow separate use of the scabbard as a drag bag, and the backpack can then be used in a standalone mode. The waist-belt can also be removed so that it does not become a hindrance to the quick removal of the pack in standalone mode.
