Shipping Offers

  • US Patriot is offering Free Shipping on all orders over $99 for a limited time. Free Shipping offers can take 1 to 3 business days to process and 5 to 10 additional days to arrive. Exclusions apply (no International Orders receive free shipping.)
  • Certain bulk items and large unit purchases may not be eligible for free shipping offers.
  • For all Free Shipping offers, we will ship via our carrier and method of choice. We cannot guarantee a specific carrier or shipping method with Free shipping offers.
  • If you have a need for the product by a certain date, we recommend you choose to Upgrade to your Shipping Method at checkout.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 additional hours (during high demand periods - this period may be 3 to 5 business days) for processing and shipment of items that include custom Sewing or Embroidery.
  • Please note the processing times associated with our manufacturers. All shipments including Expedited shipping options (Next Business Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day) will be shipped out via your chosen method AFTER the processing time displayed.
 

APO / FPO / DPO Shipping

US Patriot has shipped to every APO address in the world. Our shipments are sent via the US Postal Service. APO shipments may take 1 to days to process and can take 1 to 8 weeks for delivery to the shipping address. Tracking information may not be provided by USPS.

APO Checkout Instructions

  • Choose United States as the shipping Country.
  • Choose Armed Forces (Europe, Pacific, Americas, Africa or Middle East) for your State.
  • Enter your Unit information in the Address field. Please be as specific as possible - down to the squad if possible.
  • Make sure to include your Rank, First and Last name in the name fields.

International Shipping

US Patriot currently ships to the United States and APO, FPO and DPO addresses and most International Locations.   
* We apologize if you do not live in one of these countries and would like to purchase from us.

All import duties and taxes that your country applies to purchases are the responsibility of the receiving customer. Please be aware of these charges before you order. Our shipping quote does not include these charges.  If you refuse or send back the package, unfortunately the package will be destroyed and the order will not be refunded due to the high cost of paying return duties and taxes.

Free Shipping offers DO NOT apply to International shipments.

We utilize Fedex for shipping International orders.

Due to the increased risk of fraudulent activity, we may have to ask for further information for your order. Please include a valid email address and telephone number with your order.

Due to the high cost of shipping to International locations, we recommend calling or emailing us with any questions you may have about the product and it's sizing. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of shipping, International orders are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.


Delivery Time

Expedited Shipping selections are available - Next Business Day, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Delivery.

If you require Saturday delivery with UPS, you must call our customer service department at (800) 805-5294 - Saturday deliveries will require an additional charge.

Please be aware that our cutoff time for same day shipping on in stock items from our warehouse is no later than 11am EST.

Please see the displayed processing times associated with the various items we offer. Please add the processing time period to the transit time to figure out the duration to delivery.

Items requiring Sewing or Embroidery may take an additional 1 to 5 business days, depending upon demand, to process before the order is shipped.

Some items may be temporarily out of stock and will need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please note: it can take 1 to 5 business days for a manufacturer to process these kinds of orders.

US Patriot's primary shipping carrier is UPS. Below is a map showing Ground Transit times from our warehouse.



Order Cancellations, Refusals, and Address Changes

Requests must be made by phone or email. Requests must be made by 11AM EST the day after the order was placed. If the order was placed after 12PM, on a weekend or on a holiday; the timeframe will roll-over to 11AM EST on the next business weekday.

If US Patriot sends the correct items to the address on order and it is refused by the customer, all shipping charges to and from the customer will be deducted from the refund. This includes all shipping charges for any items advertising Free Shipping.

If you find yourself in a special circumstance that requires you to refuse a package, please contact us first for approval.


Adding Additional Items to a Previous Order

We cannot guarantee that requests to add items to previous order will ship with the original order. We will make every attempt to do so but we cannot guarantee it. Additional shipping charges will apply.

If You Input Incorrect Addresses

Unfortunately, every carrier charges additional amounts to either redirect or reship packages due to incorrect addresses. If you omit the correct street address, apartment number, PO box, zip code, etc. we have no choice but to pass on the additional charges to you for the additional cost. This can range from $5 to $35 depending upon the region and the reason. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address on the order.


Back Orders

Despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case, we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time and you will receive a full refund.
